Per the Ohio Delegate Selection Plan, candidates need to break a 15% threshold barrier to obtain any delegates on our proportional system. Still, if Johnny E’s supporters are still pushing him, it could have an impact on the total vote tally on which the percentages are based. I’d love to hear whether Mark Adams, everyone’s favorite Ohio Edwards supporter/blogger knows anything about this one.\ \ UPDATE: Apparently these calls were targeted in central Ohio.
