For more than two years an intrepid crew of documentary-makers have been trailing Barack Obama, from his days as a senator pre-Audacity of Hope to the final moments of the campaign.

Amy Rice and Alicia Sams are nearly done with the film, still without an official public title, which will debut on HBO later this year.

 

The duo was spotted today in the White House after spending some private moments with President Obama.

 

Word has it he was in good spirits and happy to see Rice and Sams, who got to know many of us and top Obama aides on the long campaign trail.
