Q: How are you feeling?
Ovechkin: “Good.”
Q: What do you sorta look for out of yourself? What lets you know that you’re OK?
Ovechkin: “I just skating over there, like see if it bothers me or not. It’s not bothering me. I think I’m ready to go.”
Q: Do you think you’ll play tomorrow?
Ovechkin: “I don’t know. It’s not my decision. Like I said, I’m ready to go but I was gonna work on it. I don’t know; we’ll see tomorrow.”
Q: Are you back to 100 percent or close to it?
Ovechkin: “Everybody wants to be 100 percent but right now it’s time to recover best from what happened to you. Again, I feel good.”
Q: Do you feel rested, fresh?
Ovechkin: “Well, I was rested. Again, it just happened…”
Q: Is it tough to sit and watch the team play?
Ovechkin: “Yeah, it’s very tough, but it is what it is. But again the most important games are forward, so I’m gonna be OK.”
