The Nationals have hired John Philbin (no relation to Regis, as far as I know) as their new strength and conditioning coach and Elizabeth Wheeler as physical therapist. Published December 4 2008

We just got the Nationals' 2009 spring training schedule. The basics? It's longer in both time (33 games in 37 days) and distance (the closest road game from the team's complex in Viera, Fla., is a 70-minute trip) than in previous years. Published December 3 2008
