Josh Willingham has been named co-NL Player of the Week, sharing the honor with San Francisco’s Tim Lincecum.

Obviously, Willingham’s two grand slams in one game at Milwaukee had a lot to do with this honor, but he also went 4-for-9 with a homer and three RBI over the weekend in Pittsburgh. So this more than just an honor for one remarkable feat. Indeed, Willingham’s total numbers for the week are downright dominant: .435 average (10-for-25), three homers, 11 RBI, two doubles, seven runs and a .913 slugging percentage.
