\ It sounds like the Terps got out of Thursday’s loss to West Virginia without any major injury problems. Linebacker Erin Henderson suffered a stinger — much as he did during camp — and Ralph is concerned about Henderson losing strength if he doesn’t get some rest at some juncture. He’s practiced minimally the last few weeks, so that will be something to keep an eye on.\

\ Ralph was overall fairly optimistic about the effort on Thursday and figures it will be a growing experience. After all, things could have gone a whole lot worse against the nation’s No. 4 team.\

\ A couple other updates on some guys MIA: Offensive lineman Paul Pinegar (knee) could return to practice full-time this week, and cornerback Richard Taylor (offseason ACL surgery) could get back into things at the end of the month.\
