First class all the way

No one really wants to hear sportswriters whine about their accommodations.

More often than not, the complaints are shallow, and come off as a person having an extreme sense of self-entitlement.

At the same time, it’s fair to say there’s probably a little understanding for when certain basic things aren’t provided.

You know, like a seat.

It’s thoroughly befuddling how a decent-sized paper in D.C. wouldn’t have any seats in the press box at today’s EagleBank Bowl. Yet here there it was, a seating chart for a game in the middle of D.C. and no seats for the three people who planned to be at this game for weeks.

(Also on the list of basic requirements: An electrical outlet. At least that is working).

Some auxiliary alternatives have been found, but it’s already a more-than-ominous start to game day for the folks behind the bowl.
