Here’s a story from the Idaho Statesman on the Humanitarian Bowl’s situation.

In short, Ball State ended any chance of a dream matchup in Boise with Boise State. And from the Cardinals’ point of view, it makes sense to eschew a road game for its bowl appearance.

So that would seem to suggest Boise State won’t be staying at home and the ACC will indeed have a team in Boise. And chances are, that team is going to be Maryland.
