It’s a busy, busy day. But at least one domino has fallen.

Wake Forest has officially accepted a bid to the Dec. 20 EagleBank Bowl at RFK Stadium and will play Navy.

So, yes, there’s a rematch. But at least a well-coached team known for having one of the sport’s true good guys in Jim Grobe (as well as some star players in linebacker Aaron Curry and Alphonso Smith) willbe coming to town as well.

This was anticipated, and with Miami accepting a berth to the Emerald Bowl, it won’t be long before word of Maryland’s bowl destination trickles out. And at this point, Boise remains the ultra-likely outcome for the Terrapins.
