Came across something interesting in just looking through some numbers this morning.

North Carolina is arguably the ACC’s best third-quarter team.

In the supposed time of adjustments (the halftime variety, anyway), Carolina ranks third in the league in scoring offense, second in scoring defense and first in scoring margin.

Maryland checks in at a respectable fifth in all three categories.
