Ticket update from CP

There’s a night game, which fans have been clamoring for.

There’s a vaunted “Blackout,” which I’m kind of oblivious to because the lighting on the student section is so dim during night games I can barely see what they’re wearing anyway.

Oh, and there’s potential division title implications.

Unsurprisingly, Maryland has a little less than a thousand tickets left for Saturday’s game against Florida State, according to Brian Ullmann, the school’s senior associate athletic director for external operations.

For those wondering, Florida State kept all but “a couple hundred” of their allotment of 4,000 seats. So if the weather isn’t dreadful, the upper deck will look reasonably full even if Maryland doesn’t sell out.

But it sounds like that might happen. And as a result, the Terps could enjoy one of their more electric crowds in some time.
