Maryland has arrived at Byrd Stadium.
Now it’s just a matter of figuring out which Maryland team showed up.
Knowing the Bizarro Terps, it’s their better selves. But it’s really anyone’s guess.
Is it being too harsh to constantly suggest these guys are eminently unpredictable? Not really.
Crazy things happen with this team. It handles California, rallies against Clemson and fails to show up against Virginia. Even Ralph Friedgen has a tough time reading the Terps.
So today’s noble goal is not to be surprised by anything that happens. Something tells me Maryland will still find a way to produce the unexpected.
