This is an odd request to send out to the blogosphere, but here goes:

It was tough keeping track of penalties for Maryland on Saturday. Not the actual infractions, but who they were called on.

It’s a problem I ran into the last time Maryland played at Clemson. I’m not sure if it’s just the thick glass separating the press box from the outside, or if it was lousy microphones given to the refs.

Either way, it was tough to track, and the video replays in the press box didn’t help either.

Here’s what I got – and hopefully, I’ll turn  around those Terp tendencies sometime tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

Second Quarter

False start (4 yards, first play of the quarter)
Holding (10 yards, first play of next drive)
Illegal procedure (5 yards on Phil Costa)

Third Quarter

False start (5 yards, second play of half)
Pass interference (15 yards on Adrian Moten)
Illegal block in the back (10 yards)
False start (5 yards on Costa, I think)

Fourth Quarter

False start (6 yards on I think Dane Randolph)
Holding (10 yards on game’s penultimate play)

Again, any help is appreciated. Off to do some post-practice interviews
