REGIONAL WINNER

If I could bank on any one team reaching the Final Four, it’s Pittsburgh

Gosh, it’s scary to think I just typed those words. But the Panthers are interesting, maybe the toughest team since 2000 Michigan State with a truly legitimate chance to win a national title.

I’ve been on the Texas bandwagon since the start of the regular season, so I might as well ride it to the bitter end. It’s pretty lonely, I promise you. But Duke isn’t long for this tournament, and could be gone before the end of the weekend.

I’ve been on the VCU bandwagon since the CAA final, and the Rams have at least one or maybe two wins in them. I don’t like shredding a full bracket with upsets, but one half of a region is acceptable. This happens to be where I’m rolling the dice a little.
