INDIANAPOLIS – Greetings from Lucas Oil Stadium, where the third Final Four lucky ticket is about to be earned.

It could be Louisville, which just pummeled Arizona on Thursday. Less likely, it will be Michigan State.

I happen to think things will be close. Tom Izzo will have done more than enough over the last 40 hours top avoid a blowout.

Still, Louisville is deeper and more talented. Look for the Cardinals to survive 72-65 and advance to a meeting with Connecticut on Saturday in Detroit.

The lineups are the same as before. Michigan State’s Raymar Morgan is starting (wearing a Rip Hamilton style mask to protect his busted nose). Otherwise, nothing doing here as the 2:20 tip nears:

No. 1 LOUISVILLE (31-5)

G-33-Andre McGee
G-34-Jerry Smith
F-1-Terrence Williams
F-5-Earl Clark
C-24-Samardo Samuels

No. 2 MICHIGAN STATE (29-6)

G-5-Travis Walton
G-1-Kalin Lucas
F-2-Raymar Morgan
F-10-Delvon Roe
C-14-Goran Suton
