Here’s the results-based rundown of the top 30 teams, with the top 25 constituting a Harris poll ballot.

Florida leaped to No. 2 on the power of its victory at Louisiana State. If that isn’t the best victory on the board this season, then it’s Alabama’s neutral-field defeat of Virginia Tech. The Crimson Tide easily has amassed the best body of work to date, beating Virginia Tech (N), Mississippi (A), Arkansas (H) and Kentucky (A), along with a couple cream puffs.
