CAA tournament pairings set

George Mason will be the No. 3 seed in next week’s CAA tournament in Richmond and will be the final team to take the court in the event.

The Patriots, who lost at Virginia Commonwealth on Saturday, will face either Georgia State or Hofstra in Saturday’s quarterfinals.

The full schedule:

FIRST ROUND, Friday

(8) James Madison vs. (9) UNC Wilmington, noon
(5) Delaware vs. (12) Towson, 2:30
(7) Northeastern vs. (10) William & Mary, 6
(6) Georgia State vs. (11) Hofstra, 8:30

QUARTERFINALS, Saturday

(1) Drexel vs. James Madison/UNC Wilmington, noon
(4) Old Dominion vs. Delaware/Towson, 2:30
(2) Virginia Commonwealth vs. Northeastern/William & Mary, 6
(3) George Mason vs. Georgia State/Hofstra, 8:30

SEMIFINALS, March 4

First two quarterfinal winners, 2
Second two quarterfinal winners, 4:30

FINAL, March 5

Semifinal winners, 7
