Maryland and Wisconsin have agreed to a home-and-home series in football.
The Terrapins will visit Madison Sept. 12, 2020, while the Badgers will make a return trip to College Park on Sept. 11, 2021.
The schools have never met in football, though they were tied together over the last year when former Maryland quarterback Danny O’Brien opted to leave Maryland and eventually decided on Wisconsin as his destination.
Maryland has not faced a Big Ten team since 2006, when it routed Purdue 24-7 in the Champs Sports Bowl. The last time it visited a team that was then a member of the Big Ten was 1990, when it visited Michigan. The Terps’ last trip to Penn State was 1992, the year before it began Big Ten play.
