\ Mrs. Bush was in New York for an event on heart disease (she is also delivering the president’s weekly radio address on that topic tomorrow), and Mr. Torrijos was there because the event was sponsored by the United Nations Children’s Fund.\

\ Mrs. Bush spoke with Mr. Torrijos of “the importance for the U.N. Security Council to keep pressure on the military junta in Burma,” said White House spokesman Tony Fratto.\

\ “And of course President Torrijos said that he would of course want to keep the pressure on Burma to make the democratic changes that we all have been calling for,” Mr. Fratto said.\
