FAN’S GUIDE TO TRAINING CAMP 2007Washington Capitals training camp, its first at the new Kettler Capitals Iceplex, opens this morning with Fan Fest, which will feature autograph sessions, a town hall-style meeting with team owner Ted Leonsis, a skills clinic with Joe Reekie and a live broadcast from DC 101’s Elliot in the Morning. Fans who show up early (between 7 and 9 a.m. can skate for free on the practice rink.\
