Americans see the affordable health care act as both President Obama’s biggest success and biggest failure, according to a Gallup poll released Monday.

When asked what his greatest achievement and failure had been so far, the Affordable Care Act took the No. 1 spot in both categories. Twenty-two percent of respondents said it was his greatest success, while 36 percent said it was his biggest failure, highlighting how controversial and divisive the health care law is.
