Organizing for Action, the nonprofit group born out of President Obama’s re-election campaign, is starting a seven-figure ad buy to promote Mr. Obama’s health care overhaul, Politico reported Monday.
The campaign comes as the administration faces a crucial stretch in the coming months to implement crucial aspects of the law, as skepticism from the American public about its benefits remains relatively high.
The ad touts benefits Americans are already seeing, such as increased benefits for seniors, insurance company rebates and tax credits for small businesses.
“Better coverage and lower costs,” the 30-second spot concludes. “That’s what Obamacare means for them.”
