Before flying back to Washington on Saturday, President Obama played a round of golf at a private Florida course where the classic comedy movie “Caddyshack” was filmed.

Mr. Obama arrived at Fort Lauderdale’s Grande Oaks Golf Club about 11 a.m. Saturday and posed for pictures before hitting the links.

The prestigious course is described on its website as an “executive atmosphere with some of south Florida’s foremost socialites.”

Much of “Caddyshack,” which starred Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield and Bill Murray, was filmed on location at Grande Oaks.

Mr. Obama was joined on the course Saturday by his friend Cyrus Walker, former NBA star Alonzo Mourning and former U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk.
