Today's lineups: Zimmermann makes first start in home state

MILWAUKEE — After their first loss in a week, the Nationals look to get back on track tonight against veteran left-hander Randy Wolf. Wolf, who has a 5.60 ERA this season, will face Nationals right-hander Jordan Zimmermann.

A Wisconsin native, this will be Zimmermann’s first career MLB start at Miller Park and in Wisconsin. The soft-spoken righty expected to have at least 45 people in attendance for tonight’s game, most making the roughly three-hour drive southeast from Auburndale.

To put that in perspective, as of the 2000 census, there were under 800 people living in Auburndale meaning roughly 5 percent of the population will be at Miller Park tonight to see Zimmermann and the Nationals.

Anyway, here are the lineups for Game No. 100:

Nationals

Danny Espinosa SS
Bryce Harper CF
Ryan Zimmerman 3B
Michael Morse RF
Adam LaRoche 1B
Tyler Moore LF
Jesus Flores C
Steve Lombardozzi 2B
Jordan Zimmermann P

Brewers

Norichika Aoki RF
Carlos Gomez CF
Ryan Braun LF
Aramis Ramirez 3B
Corey Hart 1B
Rickie Weeks 2B
Martin Maldonado C
Cody Ranson SS
Randy Wolf P
