Nationals - Braves lineups: Wilson Ramos returns to starting lineup

ATLANTA — After missing the previous two games with a sore left hamstring, Washington Nationals catcher Wilson Ramos returned to the Nationals’ lineup on Friday evening as they opened a three-game set against the Atlanta Braves.

The Nationals, who saw a five-game winning streak come to a screeching halt with Rafael Soriano’s fifth blown save of the season on Thursday evening, face a tall task in trying to beat the Braves. Thus far this season, they’ve struggled in their head-to-head match-ups with their divisional rivals and they enter the game 14.5 games behind the Braves in the division.

If for nothing more than pride, perhaps, the Nationals will be looking to avenge the three-game sweep the Braves handed them last week on their home turf at Nationals Park. At 136 innings on the season, Taylor Jordan will make one of his few remaining starts before being shut down.
