PHILADELPHIA — The Washington Nationals will send Jordan Zimmermann to the mound Thursday night in the hopes that the All-Star right-hander can help salvage a split of this four-game series with the Phillies.

That’s good news for the Nationals, who are 34-20 in games started by Zimmermann, Stephen Strasburg and Gio Gonzalez. In Zimmermann’s starts in particular, the Nationals have lost just three times (15-3)

Their lineup against right-hander Kyle Kendrick, the first right-handed starter they’ve seen this series, is largely the same. Kurt Suzuki will sub in for Wilson Ramos and hit eighth to catch Zimmermann.

Here are the full lineups:

Denard Span CF
Ian Desmond SS
Bryce Harper LF
Ryan Zimmerman 3B
Jayson Werth RF
Adam LaRoche 1B
Anthony Rendon 2B
Kurt Suzuki C
Jordan Zimmermann P
