Nationals-Astros lineups: Zimmerman returns to field

VIERA, Fla. — Ryan Zimmerman will make his spring debut at third base this evening when the Nationals take on the Houston Astros. And Zimmerman’s addition to the defense gives the Nationals a lineup that looks an awful lot like the one they will roll out on April 1 in Washington for Opening Day.

With Zimmerman able to play a few innings in the field, the Nationals are foregoing use of the designated hitter and right-hander Stephen Strasburg will become the first Nationals pitcher to hit this spring.

Here are the full lineups for tonight’s game, which is on MASN:

Nationals

Jayson Werth RF
Bryce Harper LF
