Al Franken has taken a 188-vote lead over Sen. Norm Coleman in the recount of Minnesota’s ballots, the AP is reporting.

The winner of the U.S. Senate won’t be decided until next month.

This recount is one of the strangest political dramas I’ve seen in a while. Who did the original count?  A 2-year-old?

Isn’t this the same state that elected Jesse “The Body” Ventura as governor?  Why can’t they just have a steel-cage match to decide the winner?
