The D.C. area is unprepared to handle the massive amount of people expected to attend Barack Obama’s inauguration next month, Heather Cobun is reporting.

Millions of visitors are expected to converge on the nation’s capital the week of the inauguration, accounting for about 20 percent of the District’s annual tourism trade.
