Medvedev, Castro meet in Cuba

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has met with Cuban President Raul Castro in Havana, the BBC is reporting.

The two leaders greeted each other warmly and exchanged gifts of vodka and cigars.

Relations between the two soured immediately because the gift exchange was of Cuban vodka and Russian cigars.
