Report: Kyrgyzstan under Russian cyber attack

Kyrgyzstan’s Internet has been shut down by a Russian “cyber-militia” in an attack whose motivations are not clear, the Wall Street Journal is reporting.

Actually, somebody tripped over an extension cord in Nowhereistan and unplugged it from the wall.
