Nadya Suleman, the woman who gave birth to octuplets in January, has fired four nurses who had been caring for her children for free, the Orange County Register is reporting.

The nurses are members of the nonprofit service group Angels in Waiting.  Suleman fired the nurses when one filed a report with Child Protective Services about the overcrowded conditions in Suleman’s home in Southern California.

Suleman, who is unmarried, unemployed and unrich, says she has a plan for carrying for her octuplets and her other six children.

I would have thought Suleman could use all the help she can get because SHE HAS 14 KIDS!  But I guess I was wrong.

Who needs free child care anyway when you can eventually get the government to provide it for you?  Duh!

If Suleman does have a viable plan for caring for her kids, then it’s up there with some of the great plans of history — like D-Day and the Marshall Plan.
