The Wizards went through a light practice today and Gilbert Arenas basically just shot around a bit, but all signs still point to him making his return tomorrow. Ed Tapscott called him a game-time decision, but said he expects to have Agent Zero back on the floor, but didn’t want to say definitely just of because “the way this season’s gone, you never know.”

Antawn Jamison said Arenas hadn’t told him differently, so he’s expecting him definitely to be back. Tapscott said the plan is for Arenas to start, but how many minutes he will play has yet to be determined.

Caron Butler and Darius Songaila went through practice today as well, and also are classified as game-time decisions, but Butler said he is hoping to play. There’s still some slight tightenss in the hamstring, but he said it feels “a lot better than what it felt last week.”

Tapscott said he has yet to decide on a starting lineup and would know better after shootaround tomorrow morning.

The Wizards might be without Mike James, however. The point guard jammed his right pinky finger and left Verizon Center wearing a splint on it. He said “I’m about to go get X-rays, but I might’ve just broken it in practice.” Tap said, “We had a light practice on purpose and we STILL got guys hurt!” This team just can’t win.
