Report: Redskins sign veteran RT Sean Locklear

The Redskins have agreed to terms with former Seattle right tackle Sean Locklear.

Locklear, 30, immediately becomes the Redskins’ only veteran backup tackle. He has played on both sides, too, and the Redskins were in desperate need of a swing tackle.
