The Redskins’ secondary is already banged up, and the group took another major hit early in the second half Sunday with an injury to cornerback Josh Wilson.

Wilson came in to help teammates tackle Beanie Wells when his head appeared to hit the Arizona Cardinals running back awkwardly. The former Maryland cornerback was face down on the field for several minutes, though he was moving his feet and trainers took his helmet off.

As a cart was being driven out onto the field, Wilson got to his feet and was able to walk to the sideline.

The team announced Wilson injured his back and that his return was questionable.

Kevin Barnes replaced Wilson.
