The selection of Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin didn’t prevent the Redskins from drafted another quarterback Saturday afternoon. They continued with their commitment to stabilize the position by drafting Michigan State’s Kirk Cousins in the fourth round (102 overall).
Washington then traded down 10 spots with their second fourth-round pick and selected Texas inside linebacker Keenan Robinson. The Redskins acquired a sixth-round pick from Pittsburgh (No. 193) in the trade.
