PHILADELPHIA | Robert Griffin III will start for the Washington Redskins at the Eagles on Sunday, as expected, but he won’t have the same offensive line in front of him that he has had all season.
Right tackle Tyler Polumbus is out after suffering a concussion last week at the Cleveland Browns, meaning Maurice Hurt will start in his place.
“I’m very confident,” said Hurt, who can play guard and tackle. “It’s part of being the sixth man.”
Polumbus was limited in practice Friday.
Rookie tackle Tom Compton, who was only recently elevated to the roster from the practice squad, is also active vs. Philadelphia, as is guard Josh LeRibeus. Center Will Montgomery suffered a left knee injury against the Browns but practices all week and was expected to start.
Defensive end Stephen Bowen is active despite needing to play through the pain of an upper biceps tendon tear.
Quarterback Michael Vick is out for the Eagles.
