Right tackle Tyler Polumbus did not practice Wednesday as he tries to come back from a concussion suffered Dec. 16 in the Washington Redskins’ game at the Cleveland Browns.

Polumbus missed Sunday’s game at the Philadelphia Eagles because he was still experiencing symptoms in the morning. Coach Mike Shanahan said there were some good signs Wednesday, but not enough for Polumbus to practice.

Polumbus is subject to the NFL’s concussion protocol.

If Polumbus cannot play against the Dallas Cowboys, Maurice Hurt is expected to again start at right tackle.

Inside linebacker London Fletcher (left ankle) did not practice, but that has been customary in recent weeks.

Wide receiver Dez Briscoe did not practice after missing a flight back to the area Wednesday. Shanahan also implied that Briscoe was being fined.

Safety DeJon Gomes (left knee) was limited in practice. He had a second-degree medial collateral ligament sprain Sunday.

Shanahan read off a litany of guys who are receiving treatment for various ailments: Quarterback Robert Griffin III (knee), Receiver Pierre Garcon (foot), Will Montgomery (knee), Receiver Joshua Morgan (hand), linebacker Ryan Kerrigan (ankle), linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (shoulder), defensive end Stephen Bowen (biceps), left tackle Trent Williams (thigh) and cornerback Josh Wilson (shoulder).
