Quarterback Robert Griffin III was on the field with his teammates Wednesday afternoon for the portion of practice that was open to reporters.
The Redskins posted video on their official website of Griffin practicing.
He was expected to practice after passing a series of concussion tests on Monday and Tuesday. He left Sunday’s loss to Atlanta in the third quarter after absorbing a blow to the head. He was diagnosed with a concussion.
Coach Mike Shanahan is expected to answer questions about Griffin’s status and level of participation.
Griffin’s status for Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings won’t be determined until doctors see whether Griffin remains asymptomatic following this week’s practices.
