Pierre Garcon recovered enough from his right foot injury to play in last Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay. However, he’s still working his way back to full health.

“Eventually I’ll put it past me, but there’s no set time, date for it,” Garcon said Thursday morning.

Garcon played 49 of 73 snaps, according to the NFL. He caught one pass for 20 yards. It was a bootleg to the right on which he caught a pass in-stride crossing the middle of the field.

He also scored a touchdown by recovering quarterback Robert Griffin III’s fumble in the end zone in the first quarter.

“It’s going to take some time to feel back like my old self like I was in training camp,” Garcon said. “But it’s a process. It’s a battle, but it’s coming along.

“I try not to get frustrated out there. It’s part of football. Injuries happen. You just have to deal with them and do what’s best for you to get back out there 100 percent.”
