Left tackle Trent Williams (right knee) did not practice Wednesday as the Redskins began preparing for Sunday afternoon’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Cornerback Cedric Griffin (hamstring) also did not practice.
Strong safety Brandon Meriweather (left knee) was limited in practice. He hopes to play Sunday.
Running back Evan Royster was limited. He has a sprained PCL in his right knee, not a strained patellar tendon, as coach Mike Shanahan said on Monday.
Receiver Leonard Hankerson (back strain) fully participated.
