Marcus Washington has been bouncing around like a puppy this summer, but the Redskins‘ strongside linebacker hip flexor, which bothered him the past two years, has flared up again. No. 53 isn’t on the field as the Redskins conduct their final practice before Saturday’s preseason game at Carolina. Reserve linebacker Matt Sinclair (back) and rookie tight end Jason Goode (toe) remain absent while free safety LaRon Landry (hamstring) and backup offensive tackle Todd Wade (ankle) continue to  work on the side.
