As if losing six-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jason Taylor to a sprained right knee wasn’t bad enough, right offensive tackle Jon Jansen sprained his right foot. That’s five straight years that one-time ironman Jansen has been hurt: The rundown: season-ending ruptured Achilles’ in 2004; broken thumbs, 2005; torn calf muscle, 2006; season-ending broken right leg and fractured right ankle in the 2007 opener; and now the foot. That’s quite a litany. And suddenly Stephon Heyer, the 2007 rookie free agent from Maryland, is a starter again.
