Matt Sinclair picked the wrong time to get hurt. The overachieving linebacker who needed three training camp, two springs in NFL Europe and most of last season on the practice squad before getting into a game, has been cut. Sinclair missed the last two weeks with back spasms so bad that he couldn’t stand up straight and the Redskins decided to move on without him, placing him on the waived-injured list.

Sinclair was one of the true good guys in the locker room and will be missed.
