Nehemiah Broughton lives! He’s played in just four games since being drafted in the seventh round in 2005, but fullback Nehemiah Broughton just won’t leave. Cut on Saturday, Broughton was signed to the practice squad today along with rookie offensive linemen Devin Clark and Andrew Crummey, rookie receiver Horace Gant, rookie linebacker Curtis Gatewood and cornerbacks Matteral Richardson (rookie) and Byron Westbrook, who was on the squad in 2007.

And  (gasp), I believe I saw tight end Tyler Ecker, who spent his rookie year of 2007 on injured reserve and missed almost the entire spring with a groin injury before being cut on July 19.

Broughton and Ecker? Unreal.
