Linebacker Matt Sinclair, who fractured three lower vertebrae in his back declined an injury settlement and will spend the season rehabbing on injured reserve.

“It didn’t happen on any particular day,” Sinclair said. “It started in the offseason workouts. They say it’s a wear and tear-type deal. A lot of athletes have it, particularly linebackers and offensive linemen because of all the collisions we have.”
