Offensive tackle Mike Williams, whom the Redskins signed on Friday, won’t participate in next weekend’s minicamp because he weighs 410 pounds, 40 more than he carried during his last NFL season, 2006. (Williams is listed as 6-foot-6)

The fourth overall pick in the 2002 draft to Buffalo, Williams has been living with left guard Derrick Dockery, his former Texas teammate.
