He’s not in favor with Redskins management, but Jason Campbell remains a hit with the fans.

Each of the past two mornings, Campbell has worked the rope line like an undrafted rookie instead of the starting quarterback. Even after throwing footballs with his right arm for the better part of two hours, Campbell has patiently signed every piece of paper and jersey proferred. He has posed for photos.

Today, coach Jim Zorn, looking about 20 years younger thanks to the addition of a baseball cap pointing backwards, joined him.

Campbell’s parents certainly raised him right in Taylorsville, Ms.
