Clinton Portis has never enjoyed the practice part of his job and the running back was especially unhappy to be running around on wet grass on the first day of May.

Although Portis has been working out regularly at Redskin Park per the terms of his contract, he said that he’s not in tip-top shape, but that he will be come training camp’s start in late July.
