Agnone makes four

Tight end Robbie Agnone has become the fourth rookie cut by the Redskins on Saturday to find a new home. The tight end from Delaware has landed on the practice squad in New England.

Agnone didn’t catch a ball in the Aug. 28 preseason game against the Patriots, but he obviously made an impression on New England coach Bill Belichick, who cut veteran tight end Alex Smith off his roster after grabbing Agnone.

Earlier in the week, Indianapolis signed linebacker Cody Glenn and Philadelphia signed defensive tackle Antonio Dixon while New Orleans picked up quarterback Chase Daniel for its practice squad.
